Strategy and Planning
Once you're booked, you'll complete a detailed intake questionnaire that helps me understand how your business runs, who your clients are, and what your ideal client journey looks like. From there, we'll map out every touchpoint from the first inquiry to the final thank you so nothing gets missed.
The Build
This is where the magic happens. I get to work building your fully custom system, every workflow, automation, email template, smart file, scheduler, and client portal, all designed around the way you work and the experience you want your clients to have. You sit back while I handle everything.
